Error accessing QMC (proxy problem)

after configuring the Qliksense proxy for external access, when trying to access the QMC , i get the following error.


"You have been logged out of the QMC, either because of inactivity or because the proxy has been restarted. Click refresh QMC to start a new session"


I need to restart the configuration but i cannot acces the QMC page.
