Error: "One or more of your persistence file share folders has not been configured correctly"

Hi,

I am trying to install Qlik Sense Enterprise version November 2018 on a server.

I have created a 'qlik share' folder and ensured it is accessible the administrator, and the user running the Qlik services.

I am running the install .exe file as the administrator.

However I get the "One or more of your persistence file share folders has not been configured correctly, or the service user does not have the appropriate access permissions." still. I noticed it happens at the point of trying to install the repository database.

I have ensured that the qlik share folder path I supplied is using the UNC convention. e.g. \\server\foldername

What am I missing / doing wrong please?

Hello,

We have seen a similar error message from Qlik Sense June 2018. 

Looks to be the user running the install having some issue (perhaps profile)

I would recommend installing Qlik Sense with a new local user (Administrator of the machine)
