Extension Object greyed out in the hub

Hi,

Unfortunately, the option "Extensions" in the application when developing to integrate is greyed out.

I am logged in as an admin and have all rights as well.

There are different extensions installed which I can use too.

(In the example - German version - you see an app that I have imported)

Just in addition, I can not add any more

Yes, we tried with different users - the same result!

We also have various environments on the run - on our development is moving as expected and expected. (Not greyed out and selectable) Only I have not found out the difference.
