Failover Candidate

Manual says:

"It is only when creating a new node that you can make it a failover candidate. Once a node has been created you can neither make it a failover candidate nor clear any failover candidate selection."

I don't see the 'Failover Candidate' checkbox appearing.

Installing Qlik Sense September release.

Any suggestions?

It is not presented during installation. It's presented when you add a node to the QMC. See below:2019-02-22 08_07_00.png

Hi, do you have a dedicated database server? That's a requirement.

And here's the others:

Thanks for your reply.

Yes we do and I set it in the installation process to use that.

But now I noticed that we've seemingly used two different PostgreSQL users (postgres and senseservices) when adding nodes. Could that be the cause for not getting the option? I've tried both users during install. Neither one yields the 'Failover Candidate' option.
