Help on : (111) Connection refused

Hello, when I want to log on Qlik sense desktop I get the error indicated below, I hope someone can help me.

ERROR

The requested URL could not get

http: the following error when trying to retrieve the URL is found // localhost: 4848 / hub

:: 1 connection failed.

The system returned: (111) Connection refused

The remote host or network has been dropped. Please try again the request.

Your cache administrator is webmaster.

i'm think need disable ipv6 and try again. or open hostname/hub
