How to troubleshoot this installation problem?

Hi everyone,

I tried installing the most recent version of Qliksense (free) onto my local from the website and it doesn't work. My computer is a work computer. Also, an IT admin guy was able to install it onto his own local after I told him I was having problems. He provided me with the log when it failed to install on my computer.

The issue seems to pertain to the following:

1. [07E0:1198][2018-04-13T11:05:59]i000: Exception. Message: Add value to collection of type 'System.Windows.Controls.UIElementCollection' threw an exception.

2. [07E0:1198][2018-04-13T11:05:59]i000: Displaying error message. Title: Qlik Sense Desktop setup - A fatal error has occurred. Information: Add value to collection of type 'System.Windows.Controls.UIElementCollection' threw an exception.

3. [07E0:1198][2018-04-13T11:05:59]i000: Failed to display error message. Writing to log instead.

Any ideas? (Log below).

I am also facing the same issue while going for silent installation for Qlik sense.

No one has addressed this issue 😞
