Installing Qlik Sense Desktop using System context?

Is it possible to install the Qlik Sense Desktop 3.1 SR4 using the System Context? I've tried it, and using either the extracted .msi or the file "Qlik_Sense_Desktop_setup.exe", It isn't installing. When trying the .msi, I do see in the task manager that msiexec starts, but nothing ever installs. When trying the .exe file, I see it running in the task manager, but again, nothing ever installs.

Found a solution, Use the .MSI, but instead of specifying INSTALLDIR on the command line, create an .MST file and set INSTALLDIR to the desired Program Files folder there. Using that method, the shortcuts work, and the product uninstalls as it should.
