Is there a way to allocate Sense CAL license in script?

I'm new to Sense administration and trying to check if there would be a convinient way to allocate user license through script. I should allocate licenses for several people and scripting would be nice way to accomplish that.

You can setup rules that hand out access based on for example AD groups. That way people who are part of that group get a User Access Pass assigned to them when they login.

Thanks Onno for your reply. Problem is that we are using named licenses and I must explicitly allocate license to each user separately (ad groups not possible) and a script would be very handy.

You do not "accidently" have all these people in 1 (or more) AD groups already?

We can't utilize AD groups when allocating license if I have understood correctly. Search has only user related options (see screenshot) so I need to input users one by one.AllocateSearch.PNG

Sounds like a synchronization problem.

During my training we always use groups.

Check if your UDC task has run and how it is set.
