Issue with Multi-Node Installation in November 2018 Version

I have done a new setup with November 2018 version. I am facing the issue while adding RIM that error says

"Cannot reach the following remote host when distributing certificates: http://nodename:4444/setup/certificateDistribution"

Atleast 5-6 times i dropped the Azure VM and started fresh installation and still it is giving the same error.

After that, i took 2 new VMs and installed Feb 2018 version with the same procedure and it is working fine.

Is there any issue with November 2018 version in installing RIM node?

Is there any specific setup needs to be done for Nov 2018?

Any help/ inputs  would be really helpful.

I have solved the issue. The problem is, while installing qliksense nov 2018 version in RIM node the host.cfg file was not created hence the issue happened. Now i have added the file manually and followed this steps in the article - https://support.qlik.com/articles/000055123 and now it is working fine.

On the RIMs, when you go to Program data \qlik\sense\logs\repo\trace\system_repo, do you see that states that it is ready to validate certificates? IF you do not see the message, instead something else, then the reason is becuase the local Rims repo is failing to load and for that reason you can distribute certificates, you need to correct first the issue in the RIM to proceed.
