Hello all: We recently installed Carbon Black virus tool on our server. This consists of two agents, One for Protect and one for Response. We are having issues with the agent interrupting the database start sequence.
We took the steps of omitting the below drive locations from the scanning tool , but we still are having the same issues.
* Omit C:\ProgramData\Qlik\
* Omit Qlik Deployment Framework (Default C:\Program Files\Qlik
When we disabled the protect policy agent, we are fine, but even when we put it into 'low enforcement' mode, it prevents Qlik Sense from running properly, most notibly- needed ports are not listening on the server although services seem to be running.
Is anyone currently running Carbon Black and Qlik Sense that could provide any guidance?
