LDAP Authentication on QlikSense

Hi All,

We have installed QlikSense in a AWS machine. In which we need to perform Authentication based on the LDAP which is located on Client On Premise Server. We have installed necessary LDAP Certificate and connected to User Directory Connector. But when we try to login we are facing error like " The following user is not authenticated: ". I am using Authentication mode as "Forms" in my default virtual proxy. Let me know if any other settings needs to be made apart from installing LDAP Certificate in my AWS Machine.

Any suggestions or recommendations on configurations. We need to check is there any configuration settings to be done in our side, before checking to LDAP admin.
