Load Balancing - Hub Issues

Dear Experts,

I have issues in load balancing in a multi-node environment. I am using QlikSense 2.1.1 on Amazon AWS servers. I have installed the Qlik application with a service account user "Analytics\administrator" on Central and RIM nodes. When I am adding the systems under load balancing in Central Virtual Proxy I am facing issues with Hub. The hub never loads. I observe Bubbles screen saying Hub is loading but never loads completely showing the apps. But when I stop the services on RIM nodes and refresh the hub page it loads fine. After starting the services on RIM nodes I see the apps getting opened on the RIM nodes too. I also have raised the support case 00712395.
