Location of QVF files

Hello

We are working on Qlik Sense server

but today we are unable to log on to QMC nor the Hub

How can I get the QVF files so that I re-install Qlik SEnse again without losing the QVF files

I can walk on water when it freezes

If the QS installation is configured to use Shared Persistence then a windows share has been defined on the server. Inside that folder is an Apps folder where the .qvf files are stored.

N.B. the files don't have a qvf-filetype and they have GUIDs as names.
You need to identify the application through the QMC or Hub to know which GUID belongs to which application.

Since you can't access neither I guess the best is to import them one by one and then identify them.

Where Gysbert said, in the Sense repository share inside the Apps folder.
If you don't know where that share is check in Computer Management what shares you have.
The repository share contains four folders: Apps, ArchivedLogs, CustomData and StaticContent

All this assumes you are using a later version Qlik Sense with shared persistence.
If using an older version with ditributed persistence you should look in the ProgramData-folder.
Then check the help for how to convert from distributed to shared persistence.
