No Access Pass Error message

Hi All,

Please guide me in resolving the message as below -


This message we are getting while we are generating ticket id through one java application. I read many posts but didnt find anything.

Any help will be appreciated.

When you generate a ticket, you need to pass a domain name/user name which will be used for the later authorization phase. This domain/user need to be imported from some user directory (LDAP, AD, etc..) in your UDC. You need also to give them an access license token (http://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2017/Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/allocate-user-access....)

As Vincenzo mentioned, you will need to assign a login token to each and every user who logs in to the qlik sense environment.  You can potentially setup a rule to automatically assign these tokens for a selected group of users or all users (depending on your requirement).
