Not able to access sense hub through INTERNET

Hi,

When accessing Hub through internet getting 401 error

I have done follwoing setting :-

                              1.White listed the server IP and web server IP (apache web server).

                              2.We have opened ports 443,4244,4248,80,4243,4899 (Ports used towards qlik sense users) and ports used in between qlik sense services

                               3.Allowed Http

                               4.Added ssl browser certificate

                               5.Authentication pattern is set as Windows.

                               6.Login access pass is provided.

m i missing any configuration.??
