Not able to acess Qliksense App by Iphone & IPad

Hi All,

Not able to access Qliksense App by Iphone & Ipad.

tried on chrome as well as safari.

Checked your firewall?

Able to access the HUB at all?

Hi Gaurav,

I faced the same issue, and worked my way  around.

Just a simple fix. Check the Allow proxy check box and restart the repository database service.

already done those settings changes.

But still the problem remains the same.

One more thing,

While we are opening the app with one user from Mac in Chrome it get open,   . but with Safari , again the error comes.

now we have two more users and those user are not able to open the app either on chrome or on safari.

Hi Gaurav,

I never faced such an issue, but I would make sure they are using the updated versions of the browsers. Can't think of any thing else.

Hi All,

I tried using the follwing settings and now its working on every apple device.

Step - 1 Make Allow HTTP check box as True in QMC > Proxies

Step -2 Use Any other port except 80 , ( please ask the server admin to enable this new port on your server )

Step - 3 Put the IP in Whitelist in QMC > Virtual Proxies.

Restart the QMC

and its works
