Operation Monitor task is freeze in "Started" status

And it still there for 10-15 minutes.

I have already restarted server, because this task was in "Aborting" status and i cant do anything from QMC.

After reload sense i got "Reset" status, and then start reload manualy. At the end i still got this picture.
