QLIK daily stops working

Hi!

I use QLIK for 2 ~ 3 years and recently I'm facing a strange trouble:

Daily the HUB and QMC stop working and I have to restart the service manually in Windows services.

After that, the HUB and QMC are accessible.

I saw in another posts that might be something related to the user running the service.

For now I'm using LOCAL SISTEM to run the QLIK services, should I change to another account?

Ezio,

Which services you need to restart daily? All of them?

Did you notice if all services are running when your Qlik environment is becoming unresponsive?

Try to scan the logs right after you will see this problem, it might help you to isolate the issue.

I do not think it's the user account issue, otherwise it will not be working at all....

It will be helpful if more details (from logs in particular) will be available.

Which services you need to restart daily? All of them?

- I usually restart the Qlik Sense Repository Database, this service restart all the others existent services, so yes, all the services!



Try to scan the logs right after you will see this problem, it might help you to isolate the issue.

- Wich log should I check? I'm usually check the logs in "...Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository", but it seems to be outdated, the last timestamp that I have is "20150821T164659.013-0300". Maybe the log service isn't running, am I right? If yes, how can I restart the service?


Right now I had to restart the services again in order to Qlik be available...

Here are my files where some of the Services' errors were recorded. You should be able to see something in your case as well (even though your case is kind of unusual...)
