Qlik License Server doesn't work

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble activating the Qlik Sense Enterprise (QMC) license.

Are any of you aware of problems with the Qlik license server?

I also tried to get the LEF manually, but it doesn't work either.

More, there are issues on the Login support page too.

Any suggestions?

Maybe someone can already drop in and help, but there might be a few things that need to be clarified before we can give good advice:

• What version of Sense are you trying to license?
• Does the server have an active internet connection enabled?

we have installed the last release: 13.32, June 28.

Yes, the server has an active internet connection that works properly.

We have installed Qlik Sense Enterprise on *Amazon AWS, *following Qlik
instructions.
