We just upgraded from NPrinting Jan 2019 to Nov 2019 Release. Everything went fine except for the issue that when I go under Admin-->Settings and Click on Authentcation Tab it spins for a while and errors out "Error trying to open the page". Please see the attached image. We did had the ON demand installed and had the JWT script in there. We also upgraded the NPrinting on demand. On Demand is working fine though
Any idea whats going on here .
