Yeah, I don't know why, but every time I upgrade to a new version it doesn't work until I run the Repair and then it runs fine. Also, you can download earlier versions of Qlik Sense from their download page, but I don't think you can downgrade using that installation media, you would need to just replace the software.
Try to get the latest version. I had a collegue of mine that had the same issue. When I downloaded the lastest version on my computer, it worked!

Do you mean the 3.0 version that it avaiable in the Qlik Sense site?
I already tried to install and repair multiple times without success
I had to install the 2.2.4 version again and it is working fine
I do not if there a new security protocol that I need to solve to make the 3.0 version work.
I mean the 3.0 version that is avaible from Qlik site. If you downloaded after complete the formulary with your informations, then there is a chance that the new version will work on your PC.
