Qlik Sense Apps not opening in enterprise 3.1

Hello Gurus,

I am having issues opening all apps in my server; it keeps opening the circles without actually loading the app. I have tried opening without data to no avail as well.

All the help I can get is welcome.

The access passes were exhausted and had to re-allocate.
