Qlik Sense Enterprise - failure to run qmc

Hi,

I've installed Qlik Sense Enterpise 2.2 onto my PC (Windows 10) and I've run into a problem.  Qlik Sense seems to have installed OK.  The Qlik processes look like they're running fine.  However, the qmc and the hub both fail to load in the browser when I try to run them.

What will I need to check and fix, so that I can get running?  Some assistance would be greatly appreciated.
