Qlik Sense Enterprise install failing

I am trying to install Qlik Sense Enterprise but I get an error message. See screenshot.

It stops during the install of the Repository Database.

I have attached the log file.

If I do the install without adding the service account details the install is completed but the Repository database service doesn't start and I don't have access to the QMC.

Any ideas?

do you have all the prerequisite to install it?

I  had our cloud team reinstall the server and that did the trick.

Do you mean that you got your team to reinstall the operating system e.g. Windows Server 2008 R2?
