Any one tell me. 1. It's network issue. 2. Port Open issue 3. Others ????

Kumar,

It could be a port issue, verify there's nothing blocking the following ports:

http://help.qlik.com/sense/en-US/online/#../Subsystems/ServerDeploymentConfiguration/Content/Server/...

Also are you using HTTPS or HTTP? What browser are you using?

Hi Giuseppe,

Thanks for the reply.  I am using HTTP

I have opened below mentioned ports in server.

80, 443, 4243, 4244, 4248

Tell me whether I need to open all the listed ports(Help: Ports overview) in my server or else only the above mentioned ports are enough ?

If not is it a network issue ?

Giuseppe_Novello

Kumar you must check with you network team if there's any other device in the middle that might be the cause, maybe you might have the ports open within windows, the network component is blocking it. I would use wireshark to see whats your network touching.

Kumar,

Add your server IP address to the whitelist in QMC > Virtual Proxies > <>Default > Advanced > Whitelist

Yes Miguel, I already added IP and Server Name in whitelist in QMC.

The Hub is not working only the couple of networks.

Yes, I spoke to network team they are saying all ports are opened in that network.

I am using AWS server, If any way to restrict network level port open from server admin.

Kumar,

Okay, one thing is talking to them the other thing is actually doing a trace during when the error shows up, or else you would explain to me what you saw on the trace.
