I had a server up and running until yesterday. After a maintenance reboot all services started ok but when I try to access either the HUB or the QMC I get the ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error. I've checked several posts and tried the following:
- Regenerate self-signed certificates, both server and client
- Make sure that no other application is using ports 80 or 443 (http was previously enabled in the QMC)
- Make sure that proxy connection is disabled in the LAN settings
I attach the proxy log in case anyone needs it.

I hope you were able to resolve the issue. I am facing issue too. It was working fine till restarted server for some maintenance.
We tried all that without success. At the end we had to do a new
installation from scratch after a full backup of apps.
