A client of ours has developed a ticketing solution to connect to the sense hub and implemented this on IIS in their DMZ.
They are able to connect successfully INTERNALLY but having issues with Externally facing access, and getting the:
504 Gateway Timeout
when they attempt to connect, it's proving very difficult to identify where the timeout is actually occurring, they have had many issues along the way in addition to this.
I have attached proxy logs in the hope that someone out there can point me in the right direction.
Here's the latest proxy log when they repeated the connectivity test:
Authentication process started at 11:11:40 and received Timeout error message at 11:12:15
