Qlik Sense app doesn't load while connected through VPN

Hi Experts,

We are new to Qlik Sense and have been noticing that the apps in hub won't open if I am connected through VPN.

But I do see the apps in the hub. It just when you click the app, it keep showing the bubbles and never opens.

It works fine when I am working onsite.

Anyone faced similar issue?

Is this using Qlik Sense Desktop or Server ?

If Server then the client web browser needs to have these ports open over the VPN inbound to the Qlik Sense Proxy Service (QPS) server IP:

  • 80
  • 4248
  • 443
  • 4244
  • 4243  (If web ticketing is used for security)
