Qlik change management workflow

Hi community,

I've created a workflow for change management. I would like to know what do you think about it.

There are some points which I should mention:

• we can use QMC Utilities to extract JSON files of an App.
• we use 3 layer data architecture
• we are going to use QDF
• inside git: 
  • JSONs
  • QVFs without data
  • QVSs for scripts
  • CSVs for variables
• inside QDF:
  • QVDs with data
  • CSVs for variables
  • QVSs
  • QVFs with data for the second layer
  • QVFs without data for all layers and apps
