QlikSense September accessing QLogs Database(Amazon RDS)
I have installed QlikSense September 2017 configuring to a Amazon RDS instance for repository Database(QSR) and centralized database(QLogs). But after successful installation of QlikSense September 2017, I realized that tables in the QLogs are not getting updated, whereas the repository database QSR were updated.
I have created roles qlogs_writer, qlogs_reader, qlogs_users and made qlogs_writer a owner of QLogs database but still no tables for logs were created.
I am working on production installation and this has very high priority, could someone please help me out with some inputs regarding this?
