QlikSense and Postgresql (trust authentification)

Installing sense Nov patch2 server with a repository on an existing Postgresql configured a trust authentification.

You will need to :

1. Create the repository user
2. Create the Schema QSR (be carefull it's case sensitive)
3. Add the good rights to the schema
4. Create the specific users and the asscoiated schema for the logs with the appropriate rights

In case of uninstall, the configuration won't be deleted.

You will need to delete the table and not the content.
