Qliksense Snapshot manager

Hi. Im trying to run a backup of my installation using the supplied snapshot manager.

But when i run it i get an error message saying:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object., code=-2147467261

The strange thing is that it detects Sense version 2.2.4.0 but the real version is 3.0.0.0.

I tried to add the -ver parameter like this: -ver=3.0.0.0 but it did not do any diffrence.

Here is the log:

do you use new one version RSM from QS 3.0? do not specifie version parameter

RSM.exe -backup -path=c:\backup\ -databasePassword=1234

Do i need to download a specific version? There is no RSM.exe

i tried using your command line on the included RepositorySnapshotManager.exe and i got the exat same result as befor.

Propyl forgiveness. I thought that you, according to the recommendations, the application moved to a different directory, and maybe there is an older version of the application. In your case, you are running the latest version
