Hello Osama - I am referring to all the .logs files in those directories.
C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log
Take the all log files from these sub-directories to start.
Thanks
These are all the log file in those Sub Directories. Thanks
OK cool - thanks - I see this:
https://localhost:4242/ No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:4242
This may be a local network thing on your machine.
Can you check this thread Re: Can't connect to Qlik Sense Desktop out and make adjustments to your internet settings?
It could be a security program, anit-virus, firewall, proxy configuration etc blocking access.

Hi Michael,
I did Check the Bypass check Box in the Network Setting,
More over i add the exception in my anti virus of the path
Certainly it didnt work the either way.
Hi Osama,
I am checking with one of my colleagues, hopefully I'll have some more steps we can follow. The only thing this error (refused connection error) makes me think of, is when I had encountered it a few years ago - I had over 300 certificates installed and need to remove them from the MMC snap-in certificates. But that was a while ago.
If you want to try this for arguments sake - take a look at this thread: Re: Qlik Sense QMC and Hub do not open
and see if that helps.

Hey Osama, how'd you make out?
As per that thread I sent you, it may be possible that something else is using the port - this is common when you have Skype installed as well. Make sure that Skype is not using 80 or 443 as well.
