Security Rule issue post-upgrade to QlikSense November 2018

Hello everyone,

I would like to mention an issue that we ran into post the upgrade to Nov 2018 regarding a custom security rule.

We had a custom security rule in place for admins on our team, they should be able to have access to all the streams and apps under work folder irrespective of the app ownership.

Custom security rule allows access to all resources.

This worked fine with September 2018 version, but now as we upgraded to Nov 2018 version. We are still able to see all the streams, but we no longer see the apps which are owned by other users on hub.

Is this by-design for QS Nov 2018 version?

Can we get around this limitation, through any specific custom rule or settings on QMC?

Any help on this concern is highly appreciated.

Regards,

Keerthi

Is it apps for different stream or different apps in "My Work"? IF it is "my work", then read the following:
