Sense, Azure and DNS entries

Quick question.

I have Qlik Sense setup on a Microsoft Azure server and I'd like to setup a DNS entry to point to the Qlik Sense installation.  For those of you who have done this before, what do you put in as the destination for the DNS entry?  With azure the IP address can change (I know you can set a static IP but I'd like to avoid that) so do you put the name of the node in or simply the <MachineName>.cloudapp.net:<port>?

I left the original, long name server during installation. And right after I added  myhost.cloufapp.net in the settings of the virtual proxy server Advanced tab  WebSocket origin white list
