So you need to verify this:
1: all Qliksense services are running (for the first running you should wait few minutes even if you see that they are running).
2: the network card is running (if it is shutdown for any reason, hub and qmc will not work)
it just means that your server is unable to contact the Qlik Licence Server over the web and is unable to download the LEF file. Contact your Qlik Representative and they can supply this for you manually
All services are running and no problems with the network card, Internet connection okay, Firewall off..
I'm going to email Qlik.

Hi Fred, as you are a Qlik partner, you can Access the required LEF file from the Qlik Support Portal.
You can't get much faster than that!
