Sense server trial and cannot get local directory users to be recognised

Hi guys

So I have searched on the forums here as to how to make the Local Directory users be seen by the QMC and I still cannot make it work.

I was able to get the anonymous logins workign but I wanted to test specific login access.

I even found the instructions to ensure that IE is prompting for a password (in IE - Settings - Internet Options - Security - Custom Level).

Despite this when I try to login to the hub I do not get prompted for a password... I still get this flash up on the page:

Anyone encountered this before?
