Symbols are missing in sense qmc and hub

hello everyone

i've installed senes server 2.1 on a windows server 2012 server

everything went smoothly

and everything works fine, except to the fact instead of symbols i see greek letters

attach are 2 images

when we used chrome everything fine but due to security policies , we cant install chrome on the server

any idea how to solve this issue

add this site to trusted Sites.

Internet options - tab security - Trusted Sites  button Sites

add this website to the zone

refresh page and here we go.
