System messages in the Qlik Sense hub

Is there a way to display system messages within the Qlik Sense hub? (without customizing the source code)

This would be very helpful to announce outage, delays in data reloads etc.

After searching the community the only option I found is modifying the source code, but this is not an option.

Any alternative solutions available?

I would also like to know how to proceed, if we want to inform the users for planned downtimes etc.

I saw it presented as a new feature during a Qlik Benelux session on April 17th, 2019, but still nobody able to indicate exactly where this long-delayed feature is hidden. Hope to have an answer over next few days.
