Ticket Authentication not able to view dashboard/mashup after getting ticket

Hello Guys,

The user is not able to view mashup after getting ticket and redirected to the mashup site https://www.msense.com/custom-proxy/extensions/mymashup/Index.html?qlikTicket=w07xL6WLQZ_VW_p_. A windows challenge popup is appearing instead of showing the mashup. The ticket is generated on behalf of user who is having token assigned and have access to the application.

On custom proxy the authentication is ticket and allow anonymous.

Any ideas what can be the reason.
