Upgrade Qlik Sense Server installation error

I'm trying to upgrade qlik and the installation fails.

the logs I have:

I'd focus on the specific component's logs (https://support.qlik.com/articles/000026386 for reference), which in this case is the Service Dispatcher. The part where it says returned actual error code is likely be the end, so look a few lines above that for the full relevant trace. For example of a random example of a failure:

same error here. 

i'm tried to unistall ALL and reinstall from zero.
