User stream access not being updated in Qlik Hub

Hi all,

We've got several streams set up, with access to each controlled by a security rule that checks for the presence of an AD group on the user.

I have a user that I've added an additional group to, however the changes do not appear to have taken effect once they are logged in. I can confirm under their user in the QMC that the group membership has been synced from the directory service, an audit confirms that they should in theory have access to the new stream. I've even removed them from their original group entirely and they can still access the old stream as if nothing was different.

Any suggestions?
