Windows Form Pop up showing after USER authentication

Hi All,

We have created user management system  for qliksense user authentication using .Net application. 

If the user give the credential they are able to login successfully ,however Windows Form Pop up showing after USER authentication.

What would be the reason? Can anyone help us?
