We have a fresh install of Qlik Sense with 2 nodes. The central node is not reachable by users because of the firewall.
The second node is used by the users. A few days ago, everything worked, the hub was available and we could run a test application (a QVF imported from the QMC).
Since a few days, it is impossible to open a Qlik Sense application. When you click on the application icon, you see the animation with the circles and bubbles indefinitely. Nothing happens.
Do you have any idea?
ofockping Do you see any errors in the log file? Please post the error so that diagnosing the problem is easy.
On the central node, we can access to the HUB and apps.But on the second node, the navigation into the HUB is OK and execute application is KO.
The only difference on proxy trace logs is this line :
"The already opened client to target failed to connect, trying to reconnect with a new client once."
