Hi,

As Anil said, first you need to add the new certificate with windows MMC (Microsoft management console).

Now,  in order to qlik use it, you will need to add the thumbprint of the certificate to the proxy in the QMC.

please, be careful and do not delete the qlik self installed certificates, you can lose all you encrypt data.

If you follow the next guide you should be Ok

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2019/Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/Sense_QMC/change-to-...

its also suggested to allow http during the process and restart services when making change in the proxy configuration.

Hope it’s helps.

best regards,

1) Only way is login to server and import via MMC

2) You can redistribute from central it it is already there via QMC
