client authentication

Hi Dears 

I'am trying to authenticate against Qlik sense Enterprise server from Desktop App and when i click the button 
error message shows "You cannot access the selected hub because you have no access pass"
and by the way after clicking the authenticate link button the app doesn't ask me for my credential 
it gives me the error message directly !

i found the solution 

 by changing anonymous access mode  to " no anonymous user"

May i know how you change the access mode? In QMC?
