unable to access apps on hub via iPad

Hi,

I am using an iPad iOS v10.1.1, whilst I can connect to the my Qlik Sense hub, I can't open any of the applications.  All I get are the bubbles loading page.  On my windows 7 machine, I can access the apps no problems, so it is not an user access issue.  I have HTTP enabled and all the necessary whitelist names and IP addresses.  Have been through the community threads regarding this issue and nothing has helped.  Has anybody come across this issue?
