upgrade Qlik sense version : error password super user

Hello,

I would like to migrate my Qlik Sense version (Juin 2017) to November..

The problem it ask me the super user password..I am sure it is correct but it gives me error...what can I do

(The password of the super user isn't the same of the user who open the session ? )

If it asks for the super user password then it means the password of the super user of the postgresql database that's used to store the repository data of Qlik Sense. This is usually the database user with the name postgres.

If you've lost the password of that user then you can follow the instructions here to reset it: postgresql - I forgot the password I entered during postgres installation - Stack Overflow.

Note that the postgresql installation of Qlik Sense is by default in %ProgramFiles%\Qlik\Sense\Repository\PostgreSQL\<database version>\.

so how to delete this password...

I see that i need to delete the 9.6 folder of postgres (it's safe ? i will keep all my informations ? ) Thanks

Don't delete the folder. If you do that you lose all your data about apps, users, tasks etc. That means a complete reinstall.

Reset the password. Feel free to use a web search engine to find instructions online. I posted a link to one earlier. There are lots more.
