Does the Qlik Sense QMC Utility called App Mover move Community and My Sheets?

I am trying to figure out a way to move a production app and all of it's associated community and my sheets to my staging server so I can test changes to the data model against all sheets that users have created. Is this possible with the App Mover QMC Utility or any other method?
