Hi Margaret,

I apologize for this, and I have been working with our web team to find other manageable solutions that provide us the ease of use that YouTube does. In newer videos, I have been including an .mp4 file for download. If you want, when you do have access to YouTube, possibly from home - use Firefox browser and download the add on Download YouTube Videos as MP4 :: Add-ons for Firefox - then you can go to the YouTube video and download the .mp4 file locally. Over time we are updating these videos and I will be sure to include the .mp4s. Please note I am responsible for the ones in the community, there are other videos in our online help which also use YouTube, I will make them aware of the need for the files because of this issue you raised. Have a great day.

FYI – I attempted to do a few of the free instructional videos last week – the videos were too fast to be able execute the training hands on component.
